The Aviiva EM4 line scan camera incorporates an imaging sensor optimized for optical coherence tomography (OCT) that enables Bayspec’s DeepView spectrograph to perform at up to three times greater collection efficiency than standard Czerny-Turner spectrographs, while offering a 10 times improvement in the detector sensitivity signal-to-noise ratio. It has a range of more than 68 decibels. Meeting the low profile size requirements, the EB1 is well suited for use in space saving computers.
