Industrial Application Guides on Digital Microscopy
Three 16-page reports describe application successes with the KEYENCE VHX-600 Digital Microscope in the automotive, metals, chemical, materials, and electrical/electronics industries. Using a problem/solution approach, the reports describe how technological advancements, unavailable with conventional microscopes, are solving difficult applications. The VHX-600, an "all-in-one" design, provides benefits such as a high depth-of-field, 3D image composition and manipulation, calibrated topographic displays and on-screen measurements. Newly developed algorithms suppress glare as well as optimize illumination and display functions.
